What is HTML?
HTML stands for Hyper Text Markup Language which is a computer language created to build websites. Hyper Text is the way by which you browse websites i.e. by clicking on special text called hyperlinks to navigate through different pages. Markup is what HTML tags do to the text inside them by giving certain styles such as italicized, bold, coloring etc. Similar to other programming languages HTML has its own syntax.
In this Video, I have tried to cover the basic syntax and structure of HTML. This tutorial does not require you to have a programming background and explains the things from a beginner perspective. I also have compiled a cheat sheet to help you easily practice HTML basics that you can find at the bottom of this post.
